Youth Pride, Inc. (YPI) continues to provide a safe space for our LGBTQ youth, providing them with opportunities to affirm their identities, make new friends, build relationships, learn, explore and grow. We continue to build on a strong legacy of support and advocacy for our youth as the only service organization in the State of Rhode Island entirely dedicated to LGBTQ youth. As we celebrate our 25th anniversary of our founding in 1992 this year, we seek to attract folks that have a passion for our work and commitment to the LGBTQ community.

Our employees are not only passionate about the work we do, but also serve as mentors and advisors to the young people we work with. We make direct impacts in the communities we serve. Our Center, located in downtown Providence provides youth with a variety or programs, workshops, education and essential services. The community affirmation that happens in this space and the opportunities available to youth are simply transformative in the lives of our youth. We welcome you to explore our available opportunities and learn more about our organization. No open positions currently? Consider volunteering at YPI!
